  • Identified acquisition targets for a European company and its private equity partner, who sought to roll-up mid-sized amusement, waterpark, and family entertainment centers throughout the United States. Through our efforts, four "off-market" transactions were originated and completed, with our client acquiring 40 U.S. facilities with over $625MM in enterprise value.
  • Advised a $12B hedge fund with substantial holdings in the theme park sector.
  • Advised bondholders led by $26B private equity fund that invested $400MM in bankrupt regional theme park.
  • Consulted to CEO of publicly-traded $1B enterprise on transitional issues involved in new leadership.
  • Guided European acquirer of $30MM U.S. manufacturer on integration, staffing, management, and marketing issues.
  • Led regional leader in home mortgage and refinancing business on series of new direct-to-consumer marketing programs.
  • Guided a variety of closely held businesses with $5-$75MM in sales on enhancing their profitability, including restructuring, cost cutting, and marketing programs.
  • Stabilized a national industry leader in direct marketing after the Company faced a series of external threats and a planned sale was not consummated.
  • Two companies merged, the partners did not see eye-to-eye, and their lender lost patience. Negotiated forbearance agreement with lender and guided separation of partnership.
  • Municipality had an entertainment venue that was not maximizing its highest and best use. Developed strategic plan that led to a change in usage of the facility and turned a money losing enterprise into a profit center.
  • New museum engaged us to develop marketing campaign to maximize their visitation.
  • Led New York City Business Improvement District in its selection of a branding and graphic design firm, managed project, and developed consensus among diverse board.
